About us

"Willa unga", as it was known to the traditional Kaurna people, refers to "the place of green trees." Willunga sits in the foothills at the southern end of the famous McLaren Vale wine district against the Mediterranean style waters of St. Vincent's Gulf, South Australia.

Our crops are grown, hand picked and processed to organic standards to enhance the land and thus its produce.

The inspiration of our well-situated organic farm has been the development of the universal principle of bio-diversity.

We are replanting diverse indigenous flora in thicket forming hedgerows for recolonisation by indigenous fauna. These plantings protect and integrate our diverse farm ecosystem, which includes Shiraz grapes, almonds, Kalamata table olives and Koroneiki and Mediterranean oil olives.
